where exhibitors, clients and the general public enjoyed a glass of bubbly in the midst of the 102 exhibitors stalls, celebrating a sale or purchase of the fine antiques on show.
Table d’hôte lunch menu encompassing smoked salmon, fillet of beef, orange and passion fruit jelly with a burnt orange sabayon, accompanied by fine wines, served in splendid surroundings and catering for over 100 covers per day.
Duke of York Brasserie
where you could enjoy a delicious breakfast roll of Roast loin of English bacon with all the trimmings, a selection of teas; and bean to cup Rainforest coffee. Later in the day “One plate meals “(Continental Charcuterie plate, Seafood medley or Char grilled Chicken Caesar) or traditional cakes and pastries catering for 1,000 people per day.
