BADA Fine Antiques Fair 2013

For 2013, CBH Catering provided the food and drink for the BADA Fine Antiques Fair. CBH provided 100 covers per day within the Cellini Restaurant, for 7 consecutive days.

This event was held at the Duke of York Square, by Sloane Square in London.

Seared duck breast, spiced with star anise and honey, served on a rosti potato with creamy Savoy cabbage, fine bean and baby carrot bundle wrapped in leek served with a citrus Madeira jus

Portabella mushroom steak served on a rosti potato with creamy Savoy cabbage, fine bean and baby carrot bundle wrapped in leek served with hollandaise sauce
