A fantastic event for such a worthy cause with CBH providing a Champagne Canapé Reception for 600 guests followed by a Gala Dinner for 170 guests including the “Original Calendar Girls” who all enjoyed:

 

  • ◼ Oak smoked salmon, sweet & sour dressing, with capers, pine nuts & fine shallot garnish
  • ◼ Roast fillet of beef, stilton glazed Portabella mushroom
  • ◼ Burnt orange tart, quenelle of Italian meringue, citrus salsa, blood orange syrup
