Many thanks Andy for providing such excellent service under difficult circumstances (weather and terrain) for the two recent launch events at Dover Castle.
The food served was both innovative in keeping with the theme of the event, tasted great and beautifully presented. The boys and girls were very friendly yet professional and contributed to what were both very successful events.
I shall look for another reason to use CBH in the near future.

As I am sure you are aware, the food can make or break a ball (as we know from past ball experiences). Your food absolutely made our ball. It was delicious, hot (where appropriate) and on time. We could not have asked for more. I would like to really thank you and all your staff for such a professional service. The attention to detail was outstanding. I hope that you would consider doing it all over again next year!

"Thank you so much for all your hard work looking after the catering at the BADA Fair. You and your team did a Stirling job and catering for all of us so well: our site teams, our Exhibitors and most importantly our visitors.
Even though you have experience of the site, and our requirements, with all their peculiarities, it is still a huge undertaking with very little time to practise to get it all right. Our visitors clearly enjoyed the food and appreciated the service in the restaurant and brasserie and we were also extremely grateful for all the goodies you provided for us in the office (although our waistlines are now suffering).
